Registration of BioHiTech Cloud® Users
When registering as a user of BioHiTech Cloud®, you the end user agree to and understand that we collect the following information as part of our normal business practices:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Mobile phone number
Your email address is used to authenticate and identify you to the system and are used to communicate information related to user’s account and BioHiTech Cloud such as, but not limited to alerts and reports. Your first name and last name are used to identify and address you in a familiar tone. Your first and last name can be changed at any time. Your mobile phone number is used for text alerts and other notifications. Your mobile phone number is optional and can be changed or removed at any time.
As a BioHiTech Cloud user, you have the right to unsubscribe from any form of notification at any time. If you no longer wish to receive our communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication or by emailing us at support@recoupenv.com.
You also have the right to request that your account be deleted. In order to accomplish this, please send an email to support

The Service may provide hyperlinks and references to other websites, or allow you to connect your information on this Service to such sites.
